He led Norvasc, the best-selling antihypertensive in the world, and the global launch of Viagra, one of the most successful launches in pharmaceutical history. He helped lead CDM Princeton from start-up to hot agency brand with more than 120 talented staff members. Now, as CEO of CDM, Kyle leads with a belief in constant personal and organizational growth, transparency of communication, and fun. Can’t forget fun.

Eric Berkeley

Director of Global Operations

In his role as Managing Partner and Director of Global Operations, Eric has overall responsibility for the agency’s international resources, including offices in 7 countries.

Before joining CDM in 2008, Eric spent 12 years at DDB Worldwide, one of the world’s leading consumer advertising agencies. As a Global Business Director he managed clients such as Exxon Mobil, Johnson & Johnson, and Novartis across 70 countries.

Chuck Wagner

Chuck’s experience in the healthcare market began with his work as a clinician in the field of audiology. Changing careers in 1989, he has since held sales and marketing positions in the pharmaceutical industry with Bayer, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Reliant Pharmaceuticals. Healthcare marketing and market access have been a focus of Chuck’s career for 26 years.
